1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order and 3-7 business days for delivery. If these timeframes have passed and your package has not arrived, please contact our customer service.

2. Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Also, check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace link to become active.

3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order with your Track & Trace number received via email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

4. I'm not satisfied with my package.
Refer to our refund policy for information on returning your package.
