Return and Refund Policy

Refunds:

  • Approval: We will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return label:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking costs:
We do not charge restocking fees for returned items. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible and ensure you are happy with every purchase.

Change of Mind:
If you no longer want the item, you can return it. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Contact us at info@zavanova.com. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Defective Product:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
