Return Procedure

  1. Return Request: First, contact us via info@zavanova.com to request a return. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
  2. Return Instructions: Follow the instructions provided by us after your return request.
  3. Shipping of Return: Send the product back to us as per the received instructions. Ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Approval: We will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Contact: If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us via info@zavanova.com.
Change of Mind:
If you no longer want the item, you can return it. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Contact us at info@zavanova.com. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Defective Product:
If you received a defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping. Please contact customer service right away to arrange the return.
